Leading developer and publisher of high-quality mobile games, Netmarble, today announced it has officially ranked 8th in the category “Top 52 Publishers 2021” App version of Annie. Candidates are selected based on global sales of mobile games in 2020.
According to data released by Mobile App Market analytics site App Annie, Netmarble was ranked in the App Store and Google Play Top 10 last year. Companies such as Tencent, NetEase, and Activision Blizzard were also included in this year’s ranking.
Netmarble, which ranks first on App Annie’s Top 52 Publisher 2015, has consistently been in the Top 10 global mobile game publisher list for 6 consecutive years, including this year’s sales ranking announcement for 2020.
Netmarble has made great strides in the last year by releasing various games to the global market. One of them is The Seven Deadly Sins: Grand Cross which was released in March 2020 and managed to achieve tremendous success due to its high popularity in major markets around the world. This game is ranked the 10th in iOS North America sales and number 1 in France’s top two markets.
Netmarble is also preparing to release big titles in the global market this year. Open World RPG Blade & Soul Revolution is scheduled to be released in the first quarter of 2021 in the US and Europe. Netmarble is also actively developing other big titles for players to experience and enjoy, including Ni no Kuni: Cross Worlds, Seven Knights Revolution, and MARVEL Future Revolution.
